Customer will indemnify and hold Raceconcepts harmless from all liability and damages incurred as a result of using Raceconcepts products.
All sales are final; no refund will be given, returned product will be for credit or exchange only with a 25% restocking fee, less shipping cost. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Warranty is only cover for manufactured defects. Prior to installation customer must inspect all product. All defects must be report to Raceconcepts within 5 days after package is received.
Once product is installed, it will not be accepted as a return product, credit or exchange will not be allow.
If product is damage by shipping company. Customer is responsible for filing claim with shipping company.
All return check is subjected to a $20 charge.
